Commitment, from our San Fernando beans to our Baleyssagues hazelnuts
By harvesting our cocoa beans from the San Fernando plantation and our hazelnuts from the Baleyssagues plantation in south-west France, the company is able to control the origin of its essential raw materials and the taste quality of its recipes.
Our Baleyssagues hazelnut is used primarily in our recipes, and is the subject of numerous discussions and tastings on a daily basis as one of the house's signature ingredients.
Our beans are harvested on our San Fernando plantation in Ecuador. Sensitive to sustainable development, the plantation holds Rainforest certification, guaranteeing environmentally-friendly cultivation (and working conditions). Our San Fernando Cacao delivers an intense taste with floral and aromatic notes.
